All goods/items are sold "AS IS"

We are not licensed by the manufacturers of these products so we can not offer any warranties, expressed or implied under any circumstances, nor can we accept any liability for their use.

Despite our best efforts, mistakes or misunderstandings are inevitable. If we ship you an item not as described, please contact us.  Let us try to make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@industrialelectricalwarehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned like a change of mind, misused, or special orders. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EU & EEA CUSTOMERS — YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following terms apply to you and take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without providing an explanation. To exercise this right, contact us at returns@industrialelectricalwarehouse.com before the 14-day period expires. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Statutory Guarantee Under EU law, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory guarantee on all goods purchased. If your product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. This guarantee applies regardless of any other terms in this policy.

Sale Items & Special Orders EU customers retain full withdrawal and guarantee rights on sale items. Special order items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if agreed upon at the time of purchase — we will notify you clearly if this applies.

No Exclusion of Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as an EU/EEA consumer.
