Domestic and International Orders:

All Industrial Electrical Warehouse orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse 5 days a week, Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. In rare events shipping schedules may be modified, and we reserve the right to change a shipping schedule without notice. All orders shipped same day FREE when you spend $80 with standard shipping worldwide using Australia Post.
We offer Express Post with transparent pricing, no hidden fees and no surprises.
Customise your shipping with Courier pick up available. Tailor the courier pick-up options to meet your specific needs. 

Industrial Electrical Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping/item insurance can be purchased at checkout. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. Industrial Electrical Warehouse is not responsible for any items lost in transit. In the event that a package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

International Buyers excluding the US: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

US Orders – Duties and Taxes:
All duties and taxes for US orders are calculated at checkout, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery. There are no hidden fees—the total you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay. For any questions about specific import rules, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the event you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, please send photos of the damage to returns@industrialelectricalwarehouse.com.
