Our Price Matching Policy
We will enthusiastically beat the price of an identically stocked competitor product at the time of price matching and we will beat that total price by 5%.
Our guarantee applies to all identical products that are:
- Stocked by the Industrial Electrical Warehouse
- In stock with us and the our competitor either in-store or online
- An identical model number, pack size and components.
- Available for immediate sale using the same payment method and terms); and
- Not excluded from the Price Match Promise (PMP) see below
When assessing the PMP from either the in-store or online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location for a total price lower than the one we are offering will match the price.
What is excluded from the Price Match Promise?
- Cash back and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback, store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Members only or subscription prices
- Commercial/trade quotes, quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Special Orders
- Stock liquidations, clearance, outlet, auction or likewise (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- Competitor advertising errors
- Competitor clearance products or products with limited or restricted quantities
- Grey or Direct Import products
- Shipping charges applied by us for the service of using your own courier
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable quantities
