At Industrial Electrical Warehouse, we offer an unbeatable Price Matching guarantee! If you find an identical product stocked by us at a lower price from a competitor, we'll not only match it but beat it by 5%.
Our Price Matching policy applies to identical products that are:
- In stock at Industrial Electrical Warehouse
- Available both in-store and online from competitors
- The same model number, pack size, and components
- Ready for immediate sale with the same payment methods and terms
- Not excluded from our Price Match Promise (PMP)
When evaluating Price Matching claims, we also consider the delivery costs to your location. If the total price (including delivery) of the identical product from a competitor is lower, we’ll match that price.
Exclusions from our Price Match Promise:
- Cashback, coupon offers, or promotions (e.g., supplier rebates, store credits, or bonus promotions)
- Members-only or subscription prices
- Commercial/trade pricing, bulk or special order quantities
- Products in stock liquidations, clearance, or auction sales
- Errors in competitor advertising
- Competitor products sold with limited quantities
- Grey or direct import products
- Shipping charges for using your own courier
We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable quantities.
